It's November 29; a cold and cloudy day in British Columbia. The last thing on most peoples mind is bike riding, but if you are going to ride coast-to-coast 7200 km, you have to be training. Why would anyone put themselves through such a grueling bike ride? Fame? Fortune? Olympic Gold? It's about doing something for others.
